“I watched Avatar fire and Ash in 4DX this cinema hall. I liked it very much . Experience was good . Me and my family enjoyed a lot . Nice screen comfortable seating. Just one thing I need to mention Seats looks dirty.”

“Honest Feedback – Hope for Improvement I would like to share my experience honestly and respectfully. We were watching a movie in Hall 4 during a weekday evening around 7:10 pm. Unfortunately, the hall was very cold, especially considering it was raining heavily outside. Instead of feeling warm and comfortable, it felt quite uncomfortable throughout the movie. During the interval, we also noticed that no staff members were available, and the toilets were closed, which made the situation a bit frustrating. This affected the overall experience and was disappointing. I am sharing this feedback with humility and respect, as I believe Cineworld can do much better. I kindly request the management team to please look into heating, staff availability, and basic facilities during showtimes, especially in the evenings. Best of luck to the management and team going forward. I hope future visits will be more comfortable for everyone. Thank you for listening.”

“Underwhelming cinema experience with dated decor & screens. On top of that, seats are very uncomfortable, this cinema needs to invest more. The Hounslow Cineworld is much better, my choice for now. On a positive note customer service was friendly & efficient, staff made me feel welcome.”

“Can improve on alot of things for sure. One thing you can do as part of management team. Is try be us experience what we do. From smelly cinema viewing, people not respecting other, treating like there own home, untrained staff ( ive had animal acknowledged me better then the staff here. Just the self entitlement of these people is sickening no wonder you don't actually see the actual people of this country out in public. Absolute joke! I'd pay the price if it was actually half decent. Half the staff would not accept it. So way should the customer 🤔”
