From the moment I arrived at Coda Falconry for my half‑day experience, I felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. There’s something special about being greeted by people who not only know their craft inside out, but clearly love what they do and that passion shines through in every part of the day. The staff’s knowledge was incredible, but what stood out even more was how deeply they cared for each animal, knowing their personalities, quirks, and preferences as if they were old friends. A particular thank‑you to Maddison and SJ, who made the whole experience feel personal and unforgettable. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like we were spending time with friends rather than instructors. Their warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine connection to the birds added so much heart to the experience. The animals themselves were extraordinary - beautifully trained, full of character, and clearly thriving under the team’s care. Watching them up close was a privilege, but the highlight of the entire day was the woodland walk at the end. It felt intimate, almost VIP and exclusive, like stepping into a quiet pocket of nature where it was just us, the birds, and the moment. It’s something I’ll remember for a long time. Coda Falconry is one of those rare places where you leave feeling lighter, happier, and a little bit in awe. I couldn’t recommend it more.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children who can follow safety instructions and want a genuinely educational, hands-on wildlife encounter. The passionate staff create a personal atmosphere rather than a commercial one — visitors consistently describe feeling included rather than processed.

Without any doubt I had a truly fantastic day at Coda Falconry. I booked a Photography Workshop ! Elliot and his team created a wonderful experience. Starting with a bit of theory for photographers, than applying manual settings on my system camera for different situations and backgrounds, we than took pictures on 3-4 beautiful birds while they have been sitting. We than went into a nearby little forest where Elliot and his team members coached me really well on how to take great photos in different sceneries and light settings, with birds flying to very specific points. So photos in motion, in flight, really GREAT experience. At the end of the session Elliot than downloaded the pictures on his computer, we went through them and started to edit them on screen, another GREAT experience. Elliot is highly competent, very inspiring, pragmatic and really 'hands-on', a great teacher and coach. Time was flying, and I could have stayed for more hours. I would definetly recommend this wonderful experience - SUPER WELL DONE to the entire Coda Falconry team in Hounslow.

I spent a full day at Coda Falconry doing their “Shadow a Falconer” experience, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable and meaningful things I’ve done in a long time. They opened their doors completely — from the first moment I felt welcomed, included, and treated not like a visitor but like part of the team. I learned an incredible amount about the birds, their behaviour, training, and daily care. The team were generous with their knowledge and clearly passionate about what they do. Being able to handle the birds throughout the day was a privilege — these animals are stunning up close, and the experience feels deeply special rather than staged. If you care about wildlife, conservation, or simply want a genuine, hands-on day with people who truly love their work, I can’t recommend Coda Falconry enough.

Honestly and genuinely, an experience I'll never forget. Myself and my partner got the half day experience. Firstly, the animals are evidently VERY well looked after and happy. You can tell the staff really care for their feathered friends and have a deep passion for their health and development. Speaking of staff, we had 3 of the nicest people I've ever met running the experience today. Their knowledge was expansive, and the happiness and excitement they have showing of the amazing birds was infectious. The 3 hours we was there, it was non stop birds, fun facts, learning and good vibes.
