“Kyle was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to help both me and my mum with our snacks, making the whole experience feel effortless and genuinely enjoyable. What really stood out wasn’t just the great service, but the conversation , Kyle showed real interest, warmth, and care, something you honestly don’t come across often these days in big cinema chains. He made us feel welcome, valued, and actually cared about us having a good time rather than just rushing through a transaction. It completely elevated our visit and left such a positive impression. Kyle is a true credit to the cinema and exactly the kind of person you hope to be served by. Outstanding service please recognise him, he deserves it.”

“Went to see Avatar in 4DX and half way through the film the screen broke. The staff were very apologetic, had to reset the screen and chairs and took about 15 mins to get everything sorted again. I've never had this happen before in the cinema but the staff were trying their best and it was no ones fault. At the end of the film everyone recieved a free cinema voucher while the staff again apologised for the issues. Other than the cinema was very good, the 4DX experience is great and would definitely come again.”

“Great cinema experience from 2d, 3d films ,4dx and imax. The 2d films have reclining seats and there is a good sound quality and display. Everything can be seen and heard really well from all places in the room. Also great snack and drink options. If you attend requarly you can get a unlimited card which works out at a really good price. Would highly recommend if people want the feeling of a huge screen whilst getting out for the day. Great activity during the rain and the winter seasons.”

“Went to see a sci-fi 3d film at the imax screen - plenty of space in screen 11 and as you'd expect a massive cinema screen the effects were stunning. We did a slight naughty and moved to Row M as we thought the screen was slightly obscured in our original choice of row L. As usual there were loads of adverts about 30mins worth before actual film started. Sound was amazing. Staff were helpful, the free 3D glasses fitted over my own glasses very well. Here come the buts - seats are getting a little tired and as public transport after the screening was limited.”
