“We celebrated my daughters 10th Birthday party here with her and 11 of her friends for bowling, pizza and then some shuffle board. Everything was great on the day, however there were a couple of things that could have been better leading up to it. Still giving 5 stars though as my daughter and her friends had a great time, just a few things around the booking that could have been better. 1. The booking email didn't call out what exactly was booked, so for those like me with a bad memory, when you go bak to check the booking email, it doesn't confirm what you have booked, just gives you a booking ref, number of people you've booked for and the date/time etc. 2. You need to login to the booking system called Togo, however it still doesnt give you any information about what specifically has been booked, just gives you some codes and times. SO you need to phone up to check any of the details (but the staff confirmed that they use the same system and it wasn't that easy for them to determine what was booked). 3. Online it said that we would be sent some party invites that we could print at home, however I don't recall ever receiving these 4. When booking, there was no option to say that we wanted to bowl, then have food, then do shuffle board. So the booking automatically booked bowling and shuffle board back to back. Luckily when I phoned up a couple of days before to check the booking details, they were able to move the shuffle board so the kids could eat 1st. I would recommend this place for a kids party, just need to be mindful of the above. P.S The pizza is amazing!!”

“This was excellent. We came with ten boys for a birthday party. The boys were all rowdy and rambunctious but the staff dealt with them calmly and patiently. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. And the bowling and arcade facilities were excellent and easy to use. The food was really good too. Will be back soon - with less children.”

“First time here. Staff were lovely and was pretty quiet at 3.30. We booked the Bowling and Curling, which was really good value for money. Kids loved the Photo Booth and the arcade also. Will definitely be back.”
