I called Cuan when we'd found a duck at my workplace that had gotten caught with a bottle ring in its mouth, unfortunately we couldn't catch it and it since hasn't been seen. However, 2 staff came out at very short notice and stood on the slippy banks of the canal in very heavy rain, trying their best to aid the duck, which unfortunately just wouldn't come to us. The 2 staff were very friendly and understanding, and I even got a call the following day to monitor the situation just incase she came back. They really did try and I cant reccomend their services more!

“I find this place very helpful with information about wildlife I have in my garden. I took a hedgehog there today that I thought may have been unwell. (phone first to explain why I thought it unwell). I took one there a few years ago and they made it well and I brought it back to my garden. At moment there are 5 hedgehogs staying in garden that I know of. I keep wondering about getting cameras but never seem to get around to it.”
