Amazing experience. The staff was kind and even bumped up our appointment cuz we arrived too early in London. The experience takes about 30min in total, I think its definitely worth the price as well.

“To preface, I race quite competitively on racing sims and regular racing games, and have an esports setup at home, so I did not expect this arcade to be as good as it was. The arcade was incredibly nice and had a wonderful atmosphere, and the employees were incredibly lovely and welcoming. They were also very accomodating and helped store our belongings whilst we were racing. They were also incredibly knowledgable. However, the sims themselves were quite alright. The sims were somewhat laggy, with there being frequent frame drops and quite some stuttering. Additionally, the difficulty settings differed heavily, i.e, "pro difficulty" still gave some traction control, and didn't allow for sequential gears, meanwhile the next difficulty, turned everything off. I wish there was a way to turn EVERYTHING off other than the racing line, as its nice to have the line when learning a new sim's physics and new pedals. Furthermore, I also really enjoy manual shifting and always play with no assists enabled, which the sim didn't allow for unless you turned the line off. The line is quite important when learning a new sim, so I think it should be part of an independant setting that isn't included in the premade difficulty options. The wheelbases and wheels were simcube ones if I remember correctly, and the sims used a custom built version of rFactor 2. This made the experience really enjoyable as they used actual high end equipment and a real sim, not an arcade game. However, you can certainly feel that the physics and gameplay have been tweaked to feel more like an arcade, so everyone can enjoy it no matter the skill level :) Overall, it was great fun, and I will certainly be coming back to race the people here, as the fellow drivers were also really nice, and raced quite cleanly.”
