1 / 3Biodiversity Playground
๐ London, Greater London
Small outdoor playground at Stratford International, accessible from Westfield's lower ground floor, featuring colourful climbing equipment, slides, and rides designed for toddlers and younger children.
small but beautiful playground between the Stratford International station and Westfield Stratford City shopping centre. There are many rides for kids, definitely all kids will love the playground. The playground is #accessible.
๐ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with toddlers and children under 8 who need a play break as shopping or waiting for trains at Stratford International. The location is unbeatable for convenience. Supervise toddlers closely on the frog slide and covered climbing structures where visibility is reduced. Avoid weekend peak shopping hours if you want a calmer visit.

โA lovely little playground right outside Westfield, perfect for children to enjoy after shopping or while waiting for trains nearby. The play equipment is colourful, imaginative, and great for toddlers and younger kids โ my children really enjoyed the slide and climbing areas. There are benches for parents to sit and watch, which is very helpful. It can get busy at times, and being close to car parks but overall itโs a fun and safe place for kids to burn off energy. A great spot for families in the area!โ

โNice, cool playground. Better fit for smaller kids, but it can still be fun for a big one. My 2y old enjoyed it fully.โ

โEasy to locate little outdoor playground for the toddlers who are restless after shopping. This great little find will have your little ones running, clinging and sliding until they are tired and need a nap. You can get here by being in the lower ground floor of the shopping mall and follow through all the way towards the end you will see Waitrose, The Japan Centre and where independent food stalls are. This should lead you towards an exit which you follow through and will be able to see the playground or there are other exits but this one was the way we took.โ

Overview
Biodiversity Playground sits between Stratford International station and Westfield Stratford City, making it a natural stop for families passing through. Equipment includes colourful wooden climbing structures, a frog slide, and various ride features geared toward younger children. Access is via Westfield's lower ground floor past Waitrose and the Japan Centre. Some climbing structures have covered steps that reduce sightlines for supervising adults.
