Fantastic free museum that does ask for donations and can be a little pushy with the amount of paid devices you need to walk past but overall it's a brilliant place to visit and you could spend the whole day checking all the sections out if you wish.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with school-age children who want a substantive educational day out without an admission cost. The interactive features hold children's attention well and the scale of the collection rewards repeat visits over separate trips.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Plan a full day β€” the museum is very large and a single visit rarely covers everything
⏰Locate toilets on the floor plan at the entrance before heading into exhibits
🎟️Entry is free; donation prompts and paid device kiosks are frequent throughout the visit
πŸš—Interactive features are distributed across sections β€” check the map for areas most relevant to your children's interests
