We’ve been to Flip Out more times than I can count, even for birthdays, and honestly the kids have the best time every single visit. There’s loads for them to do, endless ways to burn energy, and they never want to leave. So if you’re looking for a place where the kids can jump around and have an absolute blast, this is it. For our birthday visit, the staff were great when it came to lighting the cake and handing out party bags, but after that we were pretty much left in a dark party room on our own. Not a huge deal, but a bit more help or interaction would’ve been nice. My only real complaint? The food. I wish the options were better, because after all that jumping the kids are starving. It’s definitely an area that could use some improvement. Still, we keep coming back because the fun is unbeatable. 💚

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children of any age who want maximum activity variety from a single entry. Toddlers benefit most from dedicated weekday under-5s sessions where the venue runs quieter. Older children and teenagers consistently exhaust the full range of activities within a two-hour visit.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Book under-5s weekday sessions specifically for toddlers — the main sessions run louder and faster-paced
Socks are required and sold on site if you forget — bring your own to avoid the extra cost
🎟️Staff at manned attractions like E-karting are students and are attentive to safety
🚗Plan food around the visit rather than relying on the cafe — quality is consistently below expectations

In the past I would have typically avoided Flip Out because I have small children and always felt like it could get pretty wild, but I’ve been going to the under fives stay and play sessions during the week and it’s been a game changer. My littles can jump and have a good time with other kids their size, and if bigger kids do happen to be in it doesn’t matter because there’s plenty of space. We take advantage of the meal deal while we are in and always have a fab time.

5 stars and 6 if I could. For 30 odd pound an hour of fun was well worth it. So. Many things to do and most things like go carts were manned by students which is good. Really happy we went. Will go again in the future.
