First visit today and was pleasantly surprised by the space. Age wise the centre is aimed more at toddler/ preschool ages though my 8 year old still had fun running around the place. Friendly, welcoming and a good price also not busy which was lovely.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with toddlers and preschoolers who want plenty of room to move without feeling hemmed in. The frame suits ages 1–9 with the two-tier design working across that range. Families relying on website booking information for availability should call ahead to confirm — several reviewers found the website inaccurate on capacity.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Call ahead to confirm availability — website capacity information has been reported as unreliable
Communicate dietary requirements directly to staff on arrival for any party bookings
🎟️The large space stays uncrowded outside peak sessions — mid-week visits are quieter
🚗The building can be cool in winter — dress children in an extra layer

Come numerous times. Good amount of space. Good food. Can be a little cooler in winter but appreciate the space is massive. Had 2 birthday parties here now and it is okay!

So website states you CAN TAKE A PICNIC on arrival, I was greeted by a very miserable young girl. Who after we had set up our picnic decided to then say you can't eat there, we showed her the website that clearly states picnic accepted. And judging by the state of the food that was being presented from there your own picnic is a better option as iv never seen such slapped together colourless food absolutely shocking. Play area for kids fine. Replace your staff with staff with cooking skills and how to deal with the public with a smile on their face . Would I go back ABSOLUTELY NOT so don't waste your money go elsewhere

Attended a birthday party, wrote down my child was not to have to meat, under dietary requirements section on the register. The girl serving gave my child a ham sandwich, which she consumed part of. When pulled up she told us 'I didn't know which was (ChildsName)' It's not good enough you should have asked the question before serving the food. Luckily it is a preference not an allergy or intolerance otherwise I would be taking legal action. Simply not good enough and quite worrying.
