We had such a lovely experience at Hollywood Bowl, and a huge part of that was thanks to Regina. She was unbelievably helpful from start to finish — kind, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly loves her job, and that positivity makes such a difference. Nothing felt like too much trouble for her, and she went out of her way to make sure everyone was happy and comfortable. Staff like Regina are what turn a nice outing into a really memorable one. She’s an absolute credit to Hollywood Bowl and deserves all the recognition.

“Mo provided excellent service during my visit. He stayed calm, professional, and helpful despite how busy and chaotic things were around him. He made the effort to acknowledge customers and keep things moving, which didn’t go unnoticed. A real credit to the team and an asset to Hollywood Bowl! 👏”

“Hollywood Bowl Uxbridge is a fun spot with great lanes and a lively atmosphere! Perfect for family outings. However, halal food options are quite limited, and service can be slow at times. Still, the friendly staff and enjoyable vibe make it worth a visit. Would recommend for a fun time, but hope they improve the food choices and speed!”

“Booked venue for b’day party, order was for 10 kids then staff asked to add sharer and advised one sharer is for 2 people so we ordered 5 roughly for 9-10 people as kids food was different. On the day our host said you paid for 5 sharer so what would you like to have and we ordered 5 items and she said you paid for 25 items ( each sharer has 5 food items) …seriously !!.. she spoke to the manager and refused to refund and said either you order/take home or leave it. Such a waste of money… giving one extra star as host was nice.. refund the money please details Booking 21.02.26 time 3pm name A. Hans”
