Recently refurbished leisure centre with a 25-metre pool featuring a moveable floor, separate teaching pool, and award-winning swimming lessons. Over 150 weekly fitness classes across dedicated studios.
I've attended Horfield Centre for many years (30+). The recent major refurb has given the whole place a lift. It is so much more comfortable to exercise there now. The facilities are good quality and clean, the sports equipment and exercise areas are in very good condition. Poolside area for changing and showering is warm and working well. The improved environment makes me feel more motivated to attend and enjoy the excellent classes even more. The only downside is that the more popular classes are now so difficult to get a place on, even with the online booking system.

“Just excellent. I've been a member since 2016. And been to Welshpool, powys. So proud of Welshpool everyone. The staff are in my heart for ever. Then Farnham Surrey. My home town. Alton Hampshire. Endless list of everyone active. This gym can produce a different you. Dedicated staff. Without everyone active. I wouldn't enjoy life. Can't express how much I am Dedicated to everyone active for life.”

“Don’t expect luxury but all facilities are decent. Showers and changing rooms are clean . Great range of classes - with Hatha yoga spin and hit amongst my favourites. Special shout to Al who is one of the best instructors and keeps the energy levels highs throughout his classes !”
