1 / 3Jump Xtreme Trampoline Park & That Fun Place Bolton
π Haulgh, North West
Award-winning indoor trampoline park with adjacent soft play, dedicated toddler sessions with included toast and juice, birthday party packages with private rooms, and an upstairs cafe overlooking the jump floor.
8th birthday party for around 25-30 kids. Jake and Jasmine were superb with their organisation. Would definitely recommend.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for toddlers at early morning sessions where snacks are included and the space is quieter. Birthday parties for groups of 25 or more are well-managed by named hosts. Families visiting for ad-hoc trampoline sessions should expect busy conditions and higher food prices, and bring their own grip socks to avoid the surcharge.

βA great place to bring the young ones. From 10am they have a toddler session where the kids get one hour of play, this includes unlimited soft play as well as receiving toast and juice as a snack which is also including in the price! A lovely morning for all and lots of fun! I will definitely visit again.β

βNice place for kids and adults. It was fun time. Parking is available immediately outside jump extreme. Tickets booking online is advisable. There are lots of vending machines. Cafe upstairs with view of kids jumping is great. Lockers are available I guess on chargeable bases . Socks are available on chargeable bases too. Staff is nice and helpful.β

βVisited Jump Extreme Bolton on Sunday for the final trampolining slot with my son. Customer service was poor from start to finish. Two female staff at reception showed little interest in serving us - I had to actively seek their attention to be served. When I queried an unexpected Β£1.50 booking fee per person, the staff member couldnβt explain it, wouldnβt listen properly and ended the conversation with βyou either pay it or you donβt.β Few minutes later after paying and going inside, I later queried this with the male manager who was even no worse. He initially tried to ignore me gettig his attention, then dismissed my concern by saying itβs βindustry wideβ and started arguing rather than actually listening. He also said this the booking fee is charged for "you using our software". This followed an earlier phone call where he was clearly trying to end the call quickly. Unhelpful, dismissive, unprofessional and very poor listening skills.β
