“We’d been meaning to visit for a while and finally came along for the Tots session on Friday 6th March for a play date. I brought my nearly 3-year-old and our 16-month-old, and they both absolutely loved it. Our youngest had the best time in the soft play area and really enjoyed all the toys, while our eldest ran around having a great time with her bestie who had been before. It was lovely seeing them both so happy and entertained. We also stayed for lunch and were really impressed — the prices were very reasonable and the food quality was great. A small but very kind moment that stood out was when my daughter lost the socks we’d just bought from reception in the foam pit. The staff kindly replaced them with a new pair, which we really appreciated. The only thing that made me slightly nervous was that the stairs didn’t have safety gates, but that’s probably just me being an overly cautious mum! Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Thank you for such a lovely visit! 😊”

“Today myself and my sister took 2 of our nephews and her son. 2 of the kids are SEN 1 being totally nonverbal and the other has ADHD. The staff from the moment we walked in the staff went out of their way to cater to all our needs. Whilst inside the venue the staff were all very polite and helpful, however there was a young guy named Josh was amazing. He was constantly doing safety patrols, comforting a little girl until her dad cames along, he played with the foam cubes with kids, he was really patient with out kids and was even cleaning up. That young man is a credit to the venue and despite all the staff being brilliant, Josh stood out and I can not sing his praises enough. I think we will make it a regular thing now knowing how wonderful the staff are particularly with the kids with individual needs. I had such a lovely time and so did the little ones, thank you Jumping Joseph's.”

“Had our daughters 5th Birthday celebrations here. Oreo party room 16.08.2025 and had Sophie and Beth who where fantastic with the kids and couldn't do enough for us. Lovely party all round and Eleanor was kept at centre of everything even with the superheroes come out and hearing her name for dedication was a touch she was made up. Back to party room for food all plated up. And allergies of guest respected. With alternatives ready and our happy birthday song well done with cake cut up for us then by staff and wrapped in our napkins and was very accommodating throughout and attentive to any needs or requests. ❤️”

“My daughter had the most amazing party at jumping Joseph’s. It was the first time she’s ever had a proper party with all her friends and we will definitely be booking again in the future. Everything was so easy for us and Layla was a great host. Thank you! :)”
