1 / 3Jump Inc by AirHop Adventure & Trampoline Park Liverpool
π Hunt's Cross, Merseyside
Large indoor adventure park in Hunt's Cross with trampolines, ninja obstacle courses, laser tag, soccer fields, a jumping tower with airbeds, and dedicated toddler zones. Suits ages 4+ for maximum access.
We had an amazing weekend, this park was the end. It's an amazing, clean park with lots of fun: a well maintained trampoline park, an inflatable park, three soccer fields, a tower with an airbed, a ninja parcours, laser tag... All the equipment was up to date, very friendly staff. I con only recommend this park, thank you very much!
π Family Action Verdict
Strongest fit for families with children aged 4 and up wanting a full session of varied active play under one roof. The activity range is genuinely broad β trampolines, laser tag, ninja courses, and inflatables in one visit. Toddler zones work for under-4s who aren't admitted to main areas.

βWow! Very flexible service, staff are so warm and welcoming and good with working with children. Best variety of activities I have seen when comparing to others we usually go to. Would recommend, there's a reindeer add on ATM where the kids find pictures or words to win a prize. Nice touch and reasonable priceβ

βVery slow check in on an prepaid booked slot, not gave the time paid, took 15 min of the paid slot for check in, waver and to watch the video, 90 min more than double the price of 60 min, very expensive drinks and food and the restaurant floor sticky from the food. Just 1 person serving, long waiting times. Such a shame as it is a very spacious and nice place to play for the kids. A more customer orientated approach and affordable prices would make such a great place to go to on a weekend. I will not prebook ever again, as is just a waist of time and money.β

βPre-booked online, paid in advance, completed the waiver, entered all details including my youngest childβs date of birth, then drove 30 minutes with two very excited children. What could possibly go wrong? Arrived to be told my youngest canβt go in because heβs under 4. Helpful infoβ¦ wouldβve been even better if it appeared anywhere online, especially at the point where I was allowed to book him in and complete a waiver using his actual date of birth. Apparently the system knows your childβs age but chooses to keep it a secret until you arrive. I explained this, along with the small issue of having two now-heartbroken children β one of whom was crying β but was told there was absolutely no way he could go in because they were βtoo busyβ. Odd, as the age didnβt seem to be a problem when taking my money. Asked for a refund and was informed Iβd need to ring the call centre. Because nothing soothes disappointed children like being sent home empty-handed while youβre told to go and argue with someone on the phone later. The whole experience was completely unhelpful, extremely unpleasant, and about as fun as bouncing on concrete. Clear information online and a bit of basic empathy would go a long way. One star β and thatβs generous, as it didnβt require me to ring a call centre to leave this review.β
