1 / 3Jungle Monkeyz
π Pinner, Greater London
Indoor adventure soft play in Pinner with climbing structures, slides, and adventure golf on site. Friendly staff enforce time slots strictly. Free parking available, and bay markings are unclear. Not suited to babies under 12 months.
I went here with my partner and 2 daughter both under 3yo. We usually go into Westfield and use soft play but had some booking issues and found this place online. At first from outset the building is not inviting but when u reach the actual place its warm, open and clean. My daughters were comforted by Gaberielle who is one staff members she's pregnant (good luck) and she kept giving them warm smiles and encouragement mine can be quite reserved/shy. The place is not busy or crowded compared to other places we have been sadly not many still exist. It has good space for children to explore. Good use of materials and laid back space for the adults to sit and watch the children. We will definitely be back for more. Thank you
π Family Action Verdict
Best for toddlers and children under 5 who benefit from a clean, low-crowd play environment with attentive staff. The venue suits families who prefer a quieter, unhurried session over a large chaotic soft play. Families with babies under 12 months will find the baby-specific facilities lacking β check before visiting.

βWe visited Jungle Monkeyz for the first time yesterday. We chose it as it was part way between me and a family member who I was meeting there. It was a long drive for both of us, but well worth it! It was easy to park and our slot wasnβt crowded although a lot of people arrived for the next one so I accept that we were lucky. It was beautifully clean, the food was excellent, but the main thing was that my three grandchildren had a fabulous time! They declared it was perfect and canβt wait to go again. We hardly saw them for the whole 2 hours, except when we lured them out to eat lunch when they couldnβt wait to dive back in. Thanks to the staff who were very helpful and efficient.β

βLovely place for kids and on site parking but limited spaces and bays not marked clearly at the time that i was there. I've been to several birthdays there where the kids play in soft play downstairs then go to upstairs room for eating and birthday cake. The staff are friendly but strict on timing which is expected. I'll probably have the birthday for one of my kids there. My son also likes going there with having to attend a birthday.β

βI wouldβve given a 2 star review if it wasnβt for one of the staff members there. Poor guy was doing everything it felt like. When we arrived there wasnβt anyone at the front desk for us to talk to about paying for the courses. But my dad then found this guy who was already busy doing other things and he came and helped us out. The actual mini golf was different, cool atmosphere with great decor but very cramped for a family of 5. What I wasnβt a big fan of was that a lot of the holes didnβt actually require much golfing and was normally a mini game. Such as, balancing a golf ball on the end of your club. You might like the unique holes but personally I wasnβt a fan of them all. There were two 9 hole courses and we decided to take a break after the first to have a drink. However, since it felt like there was only one worker doing everything, it took ages for us to get our drinks. He delivered the first drink and then disappeared, came back with two drinks and had to disappear again before coming back with the last two. Once we had finally finished in the bar, we went back to finish the second course. Had to deal with a couple kids running across the courses playing tag but still managed to have a decent time. Overall an okay experience, shoutout to the one member of staff.β

Overview
Jungle Monkeyz features indoor climbing frames, slides, and play zones designed for toddlers and children up to primary school age. The interior is warm, spacious, and clean β a contrast to the uninviting exterior. Adventure golf operates at the same site. Time slots are enforced, so arriving on time matters. Babies under 12 months have very few dedicated facilities. Parking is free and spaces are tight with unclear bay markings.
