“Staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Very clean and calming atmosphere with a wide range of classes to choose from. The pool is a fantastic temperature with chill out areas to relax in. The sauna and steam room are a great addition also. It is a shame that the jaquizzi is no longer there anymore though. The changing areas are equipped with lockers, shampoos and body wash, mirrors fabulous power showers, baby changing and bags for those wet items to take them home in.”

“Great small gym and lovely swimming pool. Staff are friendly and the lockers are well fitted out and a decent size. Only thing stopping a 5 star review was the changing room which needs a refurbishment. Looks a bit tired and dated.”

“Considering the cost of using the facilities privately ie without membership, you would imagine it would be pristine but it really could do with some TLC. Overall a nice place to go swim with your kid but too hot and small for adult swimming.”

“I joined Juvenate in January mainly to use the pool for my main source of exercise. I’m so disappointed and regret having joined. The pool tiles have a brown stain on them from where the water sits and all the vents are grotty or broken. Private classes use the pool which are not timetabled (some are and I avoid those) so it is hard to schedule length swimming for myself. In the ladies changing room the showers drainage smells and there are little flies in the cubicals plus some of the doors don’t lock. The online booking system is frustrating because it doesn’t open class availability when it should and the system doesn’t log when you attend a class. I spoke to the manager about timetabling the private sessions so people can choose a good time for length swimming, but he lacks understanding and customer service skills. No apology and an unwillingness to change. I won’t be back!”
