Wonderful soft play. My kids have been enjoying this place for a while now. We've celebrated our son's birthday there and attended a few celebrations too. Staff and owners are adorable individuals! Truly recommend for younger children.

Best for families with toddlers up to age 4, especially those with children who have additional needs or sensory sensitivities. The no-time-limit policy, calm approach, and zone variety make it stand out. Staff are consistently cited as genuinely attentive. Birthday parties here are well-organised and well-received by the groups who've used it.

βI recently visited this soft play cafΓ© with my 4-year-old daughter, who is autistic and non-verbal. Typical soft play areas can be overwhelming for her, and as a neurodivergent parent, I can also find new places challenging. However, this visit was an incredible experience for both of us! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Signing in was simple, and I loved that there was no set time limitβallowing us to go at our own pace. The cafΓ© is open seven days a week 9am - 3pm, which is fantastic for flexibility. It cost Β£7 for my daughters entry fee. The seating area near the cafΓ© had a dollhouse and a small playhouse, which was perfect for my daughter. She loves mini dolls, so she was immediately drawn to it. We took our time adjusting to the new environment with plenty of cuddles, and she used her tablet as a helpful distraction when things got busier. There are signs requesting that only food from the cafΓ© is eaten unless there are dietary needs or weaning, which is understandable, however you can let staff know and if these are relevant then you can bring your own food. My daughter is a very selective eater so we brought oranges and juice, but I was happy that she tried some rocky road from the cafΓ©, which she loved! I also enjoyed a caramel latte at a very reasonable price. They offer different milk options, including soy and oat, which is great. The overall food and drink selection was excellent for both kids and adults, and the prices were very fair. With some encouragement, my daughter felt confident enough to explore the soft play area, and I was able to go in with her. We avoided the sensory area since it was busy with younger babies and toddlers, but she had a blast once we found the slide! There was additional seating inside the soft play area, making it comfortable for parents too. Overall, this experience was amazing. My daughter usually finds new places overwhelming, but she managed so well despite the noise and activity. The atmosphere was welcoming, the space was clean, and I truly appreciated that we didnβt feel any judgment for using her tablet or needing extra cuddles to manage overstimulation. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience!β

βWe booked a birthday party for our three year old, and invited around nine of their friends. And it was great! The staff were fantastic in helping arrange it and gave their thoughts on anything we were unsure about. The space itself was great for that size of party, and again the staff were fantastic on the day itself. They did a great job face painting, and even managed to get some of the most reluctant kids to have a go. They offered to take the cake away and get it cut up for the little ones while they were all chomping on the food provided. Just super helpful from start to finish. Great time!β

βThe best soft play we have been to . Karen , Lorraine and all the girls are so friendly and helpful. We have been coming for several years and they are always 10 out of 10. Plenty of different areas to play in and toys change regularly. Lovely home baking . All the children that go there are reluctant to go home . Huge thanks to them all for making such a nice atmosphere for parents and Nonnas to relax with a cup of tea. Turtle dove make everyone feel itβs a home from home . Special place β€οΈβ
