“I like the play area but it could do with a clean as its very dirty. The prices have gone too high and it's not worth it anymore, I've been coming here for over a year and I don't understand the prices, just a month ago I paid £12 for 2 kids with meal and today I paid £17 for the same kids and meal. Meal prices have also gone high, you get charged for everything even ketchup.. the only good thing about this place is the halal food. Probably won't come again”

“Very disappointed with attitude of the female staff. Very rude not friendly at all. They need training on how to greet and talk to customers. I own a business and one quality that has rubbed of on me is my customer service skills. And from that experience why would you want to come back? Another thing I noticed their is no ventilation in this play area so oxygen levels will remain the same or b even under for kids running excessively for hours so not safe in that respect. Anyway my first and last experience in this very disappointment of play area.”
