We're not from area so attended a family members party at Jungle J, it was a lovely party and staff where great, soft play area was clean and staff manned the 'big slide' all in all the kids where happy and that's what counts!

“Absolute chaos, the check-in area is too small, and there appears to be no system in place, our granddaughter enjoyed it, the staff were lovely, but a think it needs someone who knows what they are doing to organise it better, the carpark is shared with shops and very tight, and busy.”

“Facility needs updating. The party was pre-paid for a certain amount of kids, less than 25 kids turned up so the amount actually owed should have been £300 (Including pass the parcel fee) and wouldn’t refund the difference paid. Party food supplied wasn’t good enough and a better ‘finger food’ selection could have been provided for them.”

“Staff are friendly and really lovely. That aside this place is abdolute chaos. Too busy. Too many back to back parties that take up over half the available table space. No regular cleaning happening. Toilets were not good at all. Kids had fun but very small space compared to other play type centres”
