“My son and I got a week pass while in town on holiday. He was able to get some decent swims in trying to keep in shape over break. Staff was extremely helpful and got us sorted nearly immediately. Upper gym area is large with good variety of equipment. Highly recommend it!”

“A great gym, but terrible toilets! Toilet button has been broken for weeks now, also broken hook on toilet door aswell as the hand dryer which now has an ‘OUT OF ORDER’ sign. Surely the maintenance team can manage this??”

“I’m really concerned about the condition of the ladies’ showers at this sports and swim centre. There is a significant amount of mould on the ceiling, and it’s quite noticeable. As someone who regularly uses the facility, this is worrying from both a hygiene and health perspective. Mould in a damp environment like a shower area can spread quickly, and it doesn’t give a good impression about maintenance standards. Many members, including children and older adults, use these facilities daily, so it’s important that cleanliness and safety are prioritised. I hope management can address this issue and ensure the showers are properly treated and maintained.”
