“I recently hosted my son’s 5th birthday party at Kubz Klub, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. After having negative experiences at a different venue in the past, I had done extensive research before choosing Kubz Klub—and I’m so glad I did. The management and staff provided a truly bespoke and professional service, making the entire day seamless and stress-free. I booked their exclusive 4‑hour package, and the flexibility they offered made planning incredibly easy. I was able to have the cake delivered the day before, along with decorations and balloons. This took a huge weight off my shoulders. I catered food for the adults, and the staff kindly warmed and served it at the same time as the children’s meals provided by Kubz Klub. The package also included unlimited squash and water for both children and adults, with additional drinks available to purchase on site. Throughout the event, the staff were attentive, proactive, and always ready to help—even assisting with setting up decorations. The manager also cut the cake into perfect slices for the children, ensuring we still had plenty left for family afterward. The bathrooms, including baby-changing facilities, were clean and well-maintained. Guests were able to park conveniently in the nearby Sainsbury’s using the pay‑by‑phone app to extend their stay. A real highlight was the Tiger mascot, which the children absolutely adored—hugging, taking pictures, and high-fiving. What impressed me most was that not a single child was glued to a mobile phone or gadget. Kids aged 1–10 were fully engaged, playing and interacting happily with the venue’s facilities. The ice cream at the end was a huge hit—kids loved it, and even some adults couldn’t resist a taste! The food and dessert quality were top-tier. Kubz Klub exceeded my expectations in every way. I travelled quite far to get here because previous venues had left me disappointed, often showing more interest in profit than providing a service. Kubz Klub was the complete opposite—excellent value for money and an exceptional experience. I chose the highest package to get the full experience, and I definitely received that… and more. I will 100% be booking again, and I highly encourage other parents to consider KUBZ KLUB for their children’s parties. They truly delivered an unforgettable celebration.”

“I'm incredibly impressed with the party Kubz Klub hosted for my 6 year old. The play equipment itself is large and varied and the children never got bored. The play session was around 1 hour 20 minutes which is really good compared to other options. The party room itself was clean and decorated really nicely which was a good god-send considering I had forgotten things in the stress before the party. They even had balloons! The food and drink was really good and there was plenty of food for all. The only thing I would suggest for the venue is to have more drinks bottles available for parties. We only had 3 for 20 kids and whilst we got more when we asked, I think more needed to be out at the beginning. Finally, the staff are simply amazing. Always positive, always willing to help and regularly checked in with us. They were so warm and made the experience ten times better. I will definitely be returning!”

“I had my daughter’s party here yesterday and I honestly couldn’t be more complimentary of this amazing team. They went above and beyond at every point. We had very specific décor requests, brought our own items, and only had about 15 minutes to get everything set up. They stepped in straightaway, offering help, lending hands, and making sure we had everything we needed. The service was exceptional, truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The kids had a brilliant time with plenty of space to play and engage, while the adults could relax comfortably on the side. It was a wonderful event, supported by a fantastic group of people. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend this place wholeheartedly.”

“We had a truly wonderful time at the soft play today. The little one was absolutely delighted with all the engaging and safe play areas. It was a pleasure to see my 2 years old baby so happy and entertained. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone.
