Lakeside Playground
π Roundhay, Yorkshire
Lakeside Playground in Roundhay offers high-spec equipment with thicker safety surfacing than most local parks, free entry, pram access, and parking on site. Busy on sunny weekends; toilets are a distance away.
The kids love the park is nice. Need hygiene improvement because the toilet is very far and dirty and on the way the kids can jump by the road, thanks city council to take in conaideration the high tax people pay and deserve those essentials β€οΈ
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with toddlers and under-6s who want a step up in equipment quality and safety surfacing. Weekday visits avoid the weekend crowd surge. Come prepared: bring snacks, pack a change, and budget for parking if you drive. The quality of the play kit makes it worth the trip from across south Leeds.

βExcellent playground. All sorts for children to do. The ground surface seems much thicker and safer than local playgrounds. On a sunny day, the large adjacent car park can be very busy, but it's all free.β

βBrilliant playground! More for toddlers which is just what we were after. Really good quality play equipment. Although was really busy on a Sunday morning.β
