1 / 2Lane7 The Bullring (Birmingham)
π West Midlands
Large entertainment venue at The Bullring with ten-pin bowling, the UK's first immersive Playground experience, karaoke rooms, pool, darts, ping pong, shuffleboard, and a retro arcade hall.
Had a really great experience! Kelise, Alanah, and Fortune were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable right away and truly made our time there worth it. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable thanks to them. Highly recommend!
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 10 and up who enjoy bowling and varied arcade-style activities in a busy, social venue. The Playground experience is the standout attraction for older children and teenagers. Weekday visits offer a calmer experience than weekends, where queuing between activities is common.

βGreat venue but weekend queues need work Visited Lane 7 Birmingham on a Saturday and, while the place is fun and staff are great, the queue to register for each game was frustrating and time-consuming β especially for those with bookings. I understand they mention βsubject to availabilityβ on their website, but a better system is definitely needed to manage weekend crowds. Also worth noting: under-18s arenβt allowed after 7pm, which feels a bit early for a weekend during school holidays. That said, customer service was excellent β staff listened to our concerns and kindly let us stay until 9pm, which we really appreciated. Overall, a good experience, but some weekend logistics could be improved.β

βVenue was very good. Stairs from main entrance at new street with no step free access notes. Drinks pricey. Bowling experience was good. Arcade was good to have too. Would visit again.β

βNot bad. Pleasantly surprised with how big this place was. Only got 10mins per person on the playground though so a bit of a rip off. Cost Β£25.50 total. Not really that worth it but apparently cheaper if you go in larger groups. We were told we initially had 55mins on the playground for 2 of us but that was taken away 2mins into the game. Kind of spoiled the whole experience but never mind. I did still however enjoy the lively atmosphere. It's got that happy busy retro vibe a lot of potential but prices are just high. I can imagine it will get busier and busier as time goes by.β
