Absolutely brilliant experience. Went for my son’s 7th birthday party. The staff are excellent, very helpful, knowledgeable and informative and couldn’t have been more helpful with me and all the children. Loads to do including the arcade games, great food and drink available, including fresh coffee which was a godsend! The venue is well laid out and a great place to relax in between games. The games themself were superb fun and afterwards, the pizza was delicious! What a brilliant venue and a great party for my son. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

“I went yesterday with 2 girls, my niece got very anxious and didn’t want to do as she was afraid she’d get locked in. However the manager offered to walk her round with the lights on, all the staff were very patient and understanding and considering how young they were is a credit to them. This was a dress rehearsal for a party that I will definitely be booking in April. Added bonus free parking for 3 hours in the multi storey opposite. Thank you to all the staff they eventually had a great time!”

“My daughter and a group of her teenage friends played 4 games, and they had a fantastic time! The young lad working when they were there made it really fun for them and let them chose what music they wanted playing etc, which made it even more enjoyable for them. Fun workers make such a difference in a place like this! Keep being fun and they will definitely return!”

“My son had a great time today at Laser Quest Hatfield. He went there with his friend, friend's sister and their Grandma. Staff there is lovely. Especially Patrick who was brilliant, he was very friendly and helpful. Real asset to the team. And good with kids. I rarely leave reviews, but my son insisted that Patrick deserves 5* :)”
