⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) – Crowded in half term, but still brilliant We went on a Friday during February half term with a 10:15am time slot. It was super, super, super crowded — exactly what you’d expect at that time of year. That said, the organisation was excellent. We arrived bang on time (maybe two minutes late) and essentially walked straight in. The timed entry system is clearly well managed. Inside, yes, there were lots of people — but the attraction is spread over multiple floors and themed areas, which helps. Not every wax figure has a queue either, so you can be strategic and take photos with some of the less in-demand figures while others wait for the big names. This was my second visit. The first time I went alone, midweek in term time (15 years ago), and it was calm and spacious — a completely different feel. So the experience you have really depends on when you go. Holidays and half terms will be busy, but that doesn’t mean it’s not enjoyable — especially if you’re with the right crowd. Despite the busyness, it’s immersive, fun, and genuinely impressive. The production quality across the different zones is excellent. 5 out of 5. Just choose your timing wisely depending on the vibe you want.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children aged 6 and up who follow popular culture, sport, or Marvel characters. Older children and teens enjoy the photo opportunities and the immersive zones more than very young children. Book timed entry and arrive at your exact slot to walk straight in.

Visited about 2 weeks ago. A wonderful experience. Met many of my favourite celebrities. (Their wax figures of course) and clicked pictures with them. Sometimes, you don't get the right angle for selfies but still it was good. I visited on my own and getting pictures that aren't selfies are the only disadvantage of going solo. (Maybe I should hire someone for just this.) Special shoutout to a staff (Sorry, I don't know her name) who was really kind and approachable and offered to take a picture of me standing with one of my favourite celebrities and she also happened to be near where the wax hand was being made. She was too kind and patient to click some pictures for me. Thank you. The wax figures looked so good and real and for a moment, I thought they were actually real; especially when they are looking at your direction and you are like, 'Why are they looking at me?' Loved the Spirit Of London ride, and the red telephone booth (which is a must when you are in London). The Marvel Hall of Heroes (if you are a Marvel fan) is also fun. I also liked the popcorn offered during the screening. Overall, a well spend two and a half hours. Thank you.

Me and my partner visited for the first time this Saturday and it was brilliant. We had Merlin passes and booked ahead for the first time slot of 10am, the queue at that time is daunting but they do turn away anyone who’s trying to get in before their time slot. Inside is spacious and the theming is great. There is a ride and a free 4D cinema. I love marvel so that exhibit was so fun for me! The dark exhibit was unexpected but we enjoyed it.

It was my really great feeling to stand besides the famous personalities of world. Though it was statue of wax but still was feeling for a moment that it was standing with real ones.... all wax statues were very nicely sculptured... it was great experience to be there. Now I am back to india but hope to visit soon... may be by next month....
