Fabulous miniature railway. This was our first opportunity to try it out and my daughter loved it. We ended up going round 4 times and at £1 per person I think it's a bargain. Each circuit lasts between 2½ and 3 minutes. It's run entirely by volunteers on a Sunday, all of whom seemed lovely. Definitely recommend it for kids and big kids alike.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for train-enthusiast kids of all ages who will love riding behind a working miniature locomotive operated by passionate volunteers. Exceptional value per ride.

Limited parking. Plenty of space for kids to run and play. Miniature train ride around the park. Cafe, slow to serve food and quite expensive too.

Excellent value, run by friendly volunteers who do a great job. Having this running makes up for the butterfly house being closed!
