“We attended the Sports Access Day today at New Addington Leisure Centre with my daughter and granddaughter, and it was absolutely fantastic. My granddaughter had such a wonderful time and really enjoyed every part of the day. Everything was so well organised and beautifully presented. It was clear a lot of effort had gone into making the event welcoming and enjoyable for everyone. We were greeted by so many friendly and helpful staff members throughout the day. A special mention to the young woman on the front counter who was particularly helpful and welcoming, she really made a great first impression. Well done to the whole team for putting on such a brilliant event. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I had a funny turn during a Pilates class and felt extremely lightheaded and faint when I went to get some water. A group of young men at the gym quickly came to my aid, and the first aid team were fantastic—giving me water, helping me into the recovery position, checking my blood pressure, and making sure I was okay. I’m especially grateful to Gracie, who stayed with me until my daughter arrived, and to Nicky and all the ladies who supported me throughout. A big thank you also to the young man who kindly offered me his bottled water. I truly can’t thank the New Addington Better Gym team enough for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for their members. You are all the best!”

“What a lovely place. We visited the leisure centre in New Addington to take my grandchildren swimming and I can't believe it has taken this long for us to visit. I have visited other pools around the area but this is by far the cleanest and the staff were lovely. The lifeguards were polite and actually were really good, all too often they look bored and like they dont want to be there, but they all seemed very alert. My grandchildren loved the pool and already want to go back. We definitely will be back 👍🏻”

“Great gym. Great staff. Lauren is always super professional and very helpful. She couldn't do more for me. Management are also very quick to rectify any issues with gym equipment and customer concerns. Becki king Neil dovey Sam stenning always make me feel welcome and queries always answered fully.”
