“As I visit London/UK to visit friends than being a tourist, it was nice finding a spot to enjoy a couple of hours gaming. One of the staff members I met explained in good detail how their system works and was very helpful. Shame I didn't ask for his name. My wish however is to be allowed to use the PS5 remote controller with the PC instead of just solely the Xbox ones. They weren't exactly to my comfort as I only played with PS controller, and thus slightly hindered my overall experience. It's not stopping me from coming back though. I think the prices offered are good enough deals.”

“It is one star but I don’t know the PC side so I am gonna give one extra but the experience was awful. We wanted to play console and there were literally like 2-3 games. We tried downloading a couple but all the games were locked. The staff don’t really know technics. For example, I solved the sound issue by myself when all they did was just looked at it and said there is nothing we can do. Some staff were kind and others were just kinda rude and ignorant. I assume it is an average place to just come and play LoL or other competitive games on PC but not for console. It is way below my expectations. I saw this place on Tiktok and thought it looks very good.”
