1 / 3Everyman Screen on the Green
π London, Greater London
Single-screen Islington cinema in a 1913 building with armchair and sofa seating, waiter service during films, a 35mm projector, and a full bar serving cocktails, pizzas, and sharing plates. Baby Club screenings available.
Loved it the ambience. From outside, it doesn't look like a movie theatre as its infront of a busy bus stand. So just as its look from outside, its not a big theatre with approx 120 seats with a fantastic bar inside (its one of the unique feature). They serve drinks and light food with of course-popcorns! The asthetics look old as the screen is still covered by curtain, which tells the theatre offers other than movies, which is great, too! Now let me tell you all how I got there. On the first of June, I got lucky to attend a private screening of Spiderman-Across the spider-verse along with a GUEST. The event was organised by little known Socios app and Arsenal FC. The guest was over the moon as it appeared as a birthday gift in blessing in disguise and furthermore, an avid Spiderman-to be precise- Miles Morales, fan! He enjoyed the two hours train and tube travel to reach the place and free cold Lemonade along with 3 boxes of popcorn! All free! Two fans won Signed Arsenal kit but everyone got free scarf as a souvenir! It was a free event however like to go this place with a ticket some other time. Please go and enjoy this place, I bet you will love it. NB: The guest turned xis and told me "he had a best birthday ever"! Thank you Everyman Screen on the Green, Socios and Arsenal!!
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with older children who will appreciate the 35mm screening experience, the special events programme, and the historic single-screen atmosphere. Baby Club sessions are the right fit for parents with infants.

βThe very best, we fell in love with this place and love going to the cinema here. They have a 35mm projector which is very rare and they put on some awesome throwback films and special events as well as new and popular showings. An absolutely great viewing experience with great food, drinks, and the staff are AWESOME! If you go, youβll want to keep coming back. Keep up with the special showings theyβre putting on, itβs a magical experience!β

βWe saw wuthering heights here, even without the sofa and footstool that some of the audience had we still felt comfortable. We were served at our seat, good choice on the menu. Good attention from waiters who returned when requested and gave us perfect eats and drinks! Thoroughly enjoyed the big screen experience, a hushed audience, good sound and picture. A lovely theatre.β

βVisited only once for Colour Out of Space with Q&A and it was great experience. Session with Stanley was long and informative and screening was fantastic. Not a great movie but cinema offers super comfy armchairs, food service, leg room and many more. And let's not forget about the smell, that old furniture and building smell.β

Overview
A single screen in a 1913 building seats around 120 with armchairs and sofas, some with footstools. A 35mm projector runs throwback screenings and special events alongside new releases. Waiters serve cocktails, pizzas, and sharing plates directly to seats during films. Baby Club sessions cater to parents with infants. The entrance fronts a busy bus stand β the signage is the landmark, not the building.
