I recently hosted my daughter's birthday party at Ninja Warrior and the service was outstanding. All members of staff were very friendly and attentive. I had quite a large group of children (24 kids and 15/18 adults). They opened a extra till just to make check in smoother. The lady at the till was very informative. The party hosts Sam and Maddie worked with me throughout the entire party. No ask was too big. I was really impressed with the service and would definately be going back!

“This is our second visit and we absolutely love it ! We came on this occasion for our son’s birthday and the staff could not have been any better. They were attentive to all our needs. Mollie made us feel so welcome and really made our little lad feel so special ! Thank you so much and I cannot recommend you enough !”

“Had a 6th birthday party here today. Very positive experience. Staff were great we had molly and Ellie. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Kids loved it. Food was great and plenty for the amount of children. Definitely recommend.”

“Parking voucher is useless as only validates for one hour. Only one member of staff clocked the entire queue in. Card only payments, no cash. Outside food and drink is not permitted. Good venue though, kids enjoyed it. Would go again. Staff polite.”
