Amazing service 10/10. My daughters (age 9 and 5) started swimming lessons here today. My 9 y/o had little experience with swimming from school last year but still wasn't confident and it was my 5 y/o first ever lesson. Staff gave them a lot of one on one time to build their confidence and skills. A lovely gentleman even got into the pool with them too, which I'm so happy about. I'll be highly recommending this place to everyone ā¤ļø

āIām disgraced with the customer service with this leisure centre. Firstly, we book women swimming lessons and on entering there is a mixed pool session going on which completely defeats the purpose of women only swimming lessons. I then ask for a refund and a membership cancellation but I have gone back and forth with customer services multiple times and I STILL get an email telling me that the next payment is going through. There has not one update on the refund I had submitted which has now been over one month ago. Iām absolutely appalled and sick of this. Will not be using this leisure centre again.ā
