“I would like to start by saying how amazing your staff are. I often tell people how wonderful Oxygen is with SEN children. Mia, Angelo, Lily, Lydia, and Lara always make us feel so welcome and valued, and their care and understanding truly make a difference to our families. However, I was very disappointed to learn that the Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve SEN sessions were cancelled without parents being informed. I do understand that Oxygen is a business and decisions have to be made accordingly, but for our children, this is very difficult to understand. Many SEN children do not understand Christmas or New Year in the same way others do — what they do understand is routine. For them, Wednesday means trampolining. Because of this change, many of our children have been left feeling upset and frustrated as they were unable to attend sessions that are part of their regular routine. Even offering a shorter session, perhaps an hour, would have meant so much to our children and families on these days. I hope this is something that could be considered for the future. A SEN Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve session or party would be a lovely way for our families to feel included and able to celebrate in a way that works for our children. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for everything your staff do for our children throughout the year.”

“We visited Oxygen Wilmslow on 1st March 2026 for the toddler session, and I just had to leave a review for Katie. Katie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She managed the toddler session so brilliantly and made such a genuine effort with my boys, Kaan and Ozzy. She didn’t just supervise, she actively and relentlessly played with them, keeping them engaged, laughing, and completely involved the entire time. It was so clear that she truly loves what she does. Her energy, enthusiasm, and warmth made the whole experience even more special for the children (and for us as parents!). Staff like Katie are a real credit to Oxygen, passionate, caring, and going above and beyond to make sure every child has an amazing time. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Katie! 👏”

“I've been here a few times with my 2 children both under 5. The toddler sessions are great fun. During term time they aren't too busy and there is a member of staff who does activities for the kids during the session. Plenty of space for the kids to bounce / run around all comfortably within eye sight. The soft play area is large and clean. Plenty to keep energetic kids busy. Just been to a weekend toddler session and whilst it was a lot busier, it was still good fun and my children had a great time. I forgot to take down the employees name from today's session I think it was Paige? She was fantastic and really engaged with my 2 creating a mini game for them. Thank you for adding to the fun.”

“I took my kids here for some fun and they loved it! The quiet sessions were perfect for them to run around and get some exercise. The check-in staff were really friendly and made everything smooth. While we didn't chat much with the team, I felt the experience was great overall, especially for the kids. Plus, the value for money is impressive!”
