“We had a great time. Enough to do for a 7 year old and 10 year old. The Go Karts were a hit, as was indoor football area. The staff are wonderfully helpful and constantly working to ensure each area is clean as well as checking for safe play. The cafe menu is extensive and well priced and the comfort of a couch, whilst the children play makes the experience comfortable for the adults too. The toilets were clean and well-kept, which is also a welcome relief. This isn’t our closest soft-play, but it’s certainly our favourite.”

“Absolutely loved this place. My favourite in the west area so far and I’ve tried a few. The toddler bit for once is like a mini version of the older kids section. There’s a sensory bit for under 18 months and then another larger section for under 5s. Included slides, a trampoline, climbing areas and walkthrough tubes. Even though was busy (Saturday afternoon) it didn’t feel claustrophobic and was kept clean. Lots of walk space and good food selection including dairy free options. My little man enjoyed himself!!!”

“We hosted my daughter’s 4th birthday today and the team have been nothing but amazing from the very beginning! Nikki was fantastic with our booking and add ons… the two party hosts we had today i didn’t catch their names unfortunately but two lovely ladies were so kind, so patient, so helpful, really nice and made today very special! Thank you all very much for being amazing and making the whole process so nice and smooth!”

“We celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday at Parents Paradise. Everything from the booking process to the party on the day was great! The staff were attentive and helpful throughout. The set up and the party area was great. The parents enjoyed the variety of drinks on offer from the cafe and the kids absolutely loved the food! It’s a lovely venue for kids parties- takes away all the stress from the hosting parents!”
