“Visited today with my 4year old and baby, both had a great time. Lots of activities for any age groups, facility is much bigger than you’d expect from outside. Lift was out of order, but a very helpful member of staff (apologies for not catching your name, it was a bit noisy) helped me carry pushchair up and down the stairs. All other staff members also very friendly and helpful, overall very good atmosphere.”

“Every time spent at Flipout has always been a wonderful different experience each time. Never been to a place where there’s so many different fun things to do and the staff is amazing especially Bridget - she’s great with kids as well. Never missing a Saturday at Flipout!”

“I visited this amusement park with my little one. The staff were extremely helpful. It took only a few minutes to register and get in. There was a cafe, a party room, toilets and ample seating space. There were great playing equipments. I’d to exit in just 10 minutes of entering as my little one didn’t really enjoy the background as it was extremely dark. Apart from the darkness I didn’t find anything that was awful hence the 4 stars. The manager was so kind and understanding she gave me a full refund of my ticket. I would definitely recommend this place for kids aged above 6 years or to buy an adult ticket to go along with the small ones.”

“We had a fantastic experience at Flip Out Watford today for my daughter’s 10th birthday party. A big thank you to Bridget (manager) and Rachel (host) for making the day run so smoothly. Rachel was friendly, attentive, and made sure the children were served their food quickly. She kept everything organised and made the party stress free for us. The party room was clean and tidy, and check in was efficient. Bridget was also very professional and helpful throughout. They both helped make the celebration really special.
