It's been a few years since my I last went Ice-Skating, but this has been such a wonderful experience, I can't wait to go back! The rink was quiet on the session I was on, and both staff and other skaters were very helpful in showing me tips & tricks - there were friendly faces everywhere. It looks like the building is still undergoing a few renovations, but the ice was really nice to skate on. The staff were very patient with my nervousness, I honestly cannot wait to go back

“We were a group of 125 scouts from 4 years old to adults. Everyone had so much fun. We had a amazing time, all the kids and adults want to come back. The customer service and the patience with us as we were such a big group was fantastic. There is room for improvement, specially with the toilets and would be great to have drinks and food available. But in all this was great and everyone has such a great time that they are planning to go back with their family.”

“We went to Planet ice for the first time today and we were really impressed. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The ice is in great condition. Only downside was the blades on the skates were a bit blunt”

Planet Ice Basingstoke runs a full-size ice rink with public sessions, lessons from beginner to advanced, and birthday party packages with dedicated hosts.
