1 / 3Queen Mother Sports Centre
π London, Greater London
Central London centre with three swimming pools, modern gym, group fitness classes, sports hall, and three squash courts. Pool hoists, accessible changing, and lift to all floors. No long-term contracts required.
Great big thank you the team at the centre, in particular the manager (whos name I've forgotten, sorry). We requested at very short notice to hire the fitness studio for a last minute rehearsal. The manager was very nice to deal with, and went the extra mile to accomodate our requests. Even allowed us to use the bigger gym space when we realised our numbers were so many that the studio space was too small. Fantastic experience. Thank you again
π Family Action Verdict
Families in central London looking for swim lessons and pool access without a long-term membership commitment will find this a practical choice. Transport links from Victoria, Pimlico, and nearby bus routes make it accessible without a car. The pool is the strongest facility; the gym needs a consistent cleaning schedule.

βI came here to attend an event organised by FightZumi and I had a wonderful time, venue was properly organised even among the Chaos but it would be appreciated if Queen Mother sport centre have an on-site car park for these events (there are no parking but very limited spot) but itβs in central London when car park is unnecessary when there are tube stations nearby and many bus stops.β

βGood swimming pool! Overcrowded a times but good working hours. Staff at the desk is very well trained, polite and professional. Prices are reasonable. No long term agreements which is great, easy to sign up, freeze or cancel Never tried their gym, but pool is fine, do give it a goβ

βOkay and a good range of gym equipment but desperately needs a clean. The build up on the sink has to be more than a few weeks of not being cleaned, at least. Multiple other reviews comment on the cleanliness and reception staff attitude, so it seems management don't want to address any issues that the business has. Hopefully with the upcoming refurb, they'll want to look after the place.β
