We had such a wonderful experience at this soft play! It’s very clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind with the little ones running around. The staff were friendly, professional, and so helpful throughout our visit. We also hosted our child’s party here, and it was absolutely amazing—everything was well organized, stress-free, and the kids had the best time. Highly recommend this place for both playdates and birthday celebrations!

“Perfect place to take sad beige babies for their plastic toy fix. Excellent selection of Little Tikes cozy coupes, ideal for 0-3 year olds. Decent menu selection and pricing. Soft play frame could be larger as my 2 year olds struggled to stand up in it. Great that they accept walk-ins, didn't feel pressured to leave as our 90-minute session expired. There are definitely bigger and better but they're hard to come by in Surrey for some reason!”

“Amazing. My son and wife came here recently - and my son Samuel can’t stop talking about it! My son Samuel was stroking himself against the toys and said they felt very pleasuring, we have been trying to find the toys for days - weeks even! Finally, we found them and he can’t stop playing! My wife, Susan felt like a king at your premises and I can’t thank you enough. Our family could not await to write another positive review ❤️❤️”

“Rascals was very clean and plenty of different toys for the children to play with. Friendly staff (Shifra, Immy, Anna & Becca) & food was lovely. Great value for price, would definitely recommend 😊”
