“I have bad experience in this area and soft play one member of the staff was completely rude to my autistic son and told me he can’t play here because he is autistic and my son was very calm and he didn’t do anything and every single time I go to other soft play it never happens and I am very sad because some people in this world dosnt know what disability is.”

“The place is dirty, cramped, with outdated equipment that doesn't always work properly. The staff are rude. And, there are usually 4 or 5 of them sitting around doing nothing. Paid by our council tax. The place should be closed. It is always nearly empty anyway.”
