Had a wonderful time here for my daughter’s birthday party on Sunday. The communication has been great, staff answered any questions I had via email. When we arrived we were greeted right away by Ella at the front door, she was our party host and nothing was too much trouble for her. We went for the bronze package which was great value and it included a lovely bright party room. Ella didn’t stop for a moment, and was great with the kids. I forgot to get the kids dessert orders before the party, and Ella ran about the soft play asking all of their preferences (ice cream or candy floss). She even helped make sure one of the younger siblings got their food and dessert to take home in a doggy bag as they were having too much fun in the soft play to sit for the meal. Didn't have to worry about a thing, she made sure everything was timed perfectly. Would recommend Ruff and Tumble in a heartbeat, don’t understand how anyone can criticise.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with babies and children under 4, who will find the dedicated baby area more substantial than most soft plays in Glasgow. The birthday party hosting — particularly the bronze package — receives strong praise for value and staff effort. Older children may find the main play area less stimulating than newer venues.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Bring an extra layer — the main play frame area runs cold, particularly during winter months
The baby area is the standout feature — specifically designed for under-1s with more variety than typical soft plays
🎟️Birthday party bronze package offers good value — enquire about inclusions before booking
🚗Booth seating in the cafe area is comfortable for longer visits with young babies

Awesome place! Staff are just so so lovely can't do enough to help and my son just loved it! As did my 5 month old, so much for babies which I've never seen as much in other soft plays for babies, soft play area for the big kids is just awesome! Bouncy castle in the middle of it! Yes please!

Great space, lots of different heights, food great value whoever a bit costley. Cafe area great soft play frame absolutely freezing, not proper heating was very cold for 2 hours,, and very cold for young babies in the cafe area, for that reason alone I would not come back too cold, and staff had wrong footwear, slip on shoes, not recommend for kitchen staff.

You get the impression that all the attention has been put into the 0-4 area and the rest has been left to rot. I know it’s an older building but when you walk in, it smells old. The main area was dark and dirty, half the flooring was padded and the rest wasn’t which meant that my kids were constantly tripping up. All just a bit dated. Was probably a great place 10 years ago. 0-4 area was ok but there’s not enough to hold their attention. My 3 year was bored very quickly. Probably better for under 3s. All just a bit disappointing. Probably ok for the little one’s if you’re local but wasn’t worth our trip
