Appears well run and staff were polite, clean and well maintained As with most indoor play centres food can be pricey£££. That said they had a good selection of food to cater for most. As you'd expect it's noisy, kids appeared to enjoy running around and exploring the play area. Secure gate at front of house. Yeah it was good, kids enjoyed it.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children under 12 who want themed soft play and a hot meal under one roof. Food quality is a consistent high point. For toddler visits, check that the under-3s zone is properly supervised on arrival, particularly during simultaneous birthday parties.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Walk-ins accepted — no booking required for open-play sessions
Confirm the under-3s area is clear of older children before letting toddlers in
🎟️Food menu is broad and served hot — worth factoring into visit length
🚗Birthday party rooms are separate from open-play areas

I visited Jurassic Jungle with my one-year-old niece and was shocked by both the lack of safety in the under-3s area and the rude, unprofessional behaviour from staff. The under-3s section had at least four older children (clearly over 3) throwing soft play equipment and wrestling, making it completely unsafe for younger ones. It was chaotic, unsafe, and absolutely not suitable for babies or toddlers. I had to tell my niece, who was excited to play, that she couldn’t go in because it simply wasn’t safe. To make things worse, a staff member overheard me saying this and, instead of helping, went over to another colleague and loudly said, “That woman is pure moaning that there’s big kids in the baby bit.” Instead of addressing a legitimate safety concern, I was ridiculed, loudly, and in earshot of other parents. We had only been there 15 minutes before deciding to leave. I felt uncomfortable, embarrassed, and shocked at how poorly the situation was handled. We like to try different soft play venues, and this has been by far the worst experience to date. As someone accompanying a very young child, I expect soft play to be safe and welcoming, especially for toddlers, and this experience was neither. I hope the management seriously reconsiders how staff are trained to handle safety concerns and how age restrictions are enforced.

Today I was invited to a birthday party here which was supposed to start at 4pm. However, staff didn’t let us in till all guests arrived half hour later which is really unfair since my friend paid for two full hours (from 4 to 6pm). Once inside the kids were finally allowed to play for a short period as staff force us into another room where food and cake were served. The main disappointment was when cake arrived as staff force all of us to stay seated, while they were holding the cake on the side (not even on the table as can be seen in picture) ruining the whole moment. Finally they decided to take cake away because there were only 20 minutes left, not allowing my friend to take birthday pictures. THE SUMMARY IS THAT STAFF IS VERY RUDE. Especially the young boy. Venue and its toilets are extremely dirty. Do not waste your money here cause it’s not worth it! Bad experience.
