Ryze is less a trampoline park and more a glorious, modern-day gladiator arena for children. It’s a truly magical place where kids can run free and jump about like absolute idiots, and the staff are perfectly on hand to deal with the inevitable joint dislocations, so it's all good on that front. For the adults, the seating provided is truly a sight to behold. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and often comes with a complementary sheen of kid sweat and droolβ€”a testament to how much fun the little ones are having. It's a fantastic place to spend a few hours, assuming you enjoy the sight of pure, unadulterated chaos. A great place overall!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for energetic children aged 3 and up who want more than a basic bounce β€” the ninja course and airbags add real variety. Families with a crawling baby and an older child can use the split sessions to keep both age groups active simultaneously. Two-hour sessions are the sweet spot for tiring out school-age kids thoroughly.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Book VIP baby sessions in advance β€” they fill quickly for the under-8 age group
⏰Kidzone for under-3s is available after the first morning session ends
🎟️Two-hour sessions consistently leave children thoroughly worn out
πŸš—Birthday party bookings can accommodate most dietary requirements β€” confirm at booking

β€œA review for Bouncehouse cafe/happy hoppers soft play at Ryze. We held my child’s 2nd birthday party here and it was great! They were able to cater for our dietary requirements and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication in the planning phase was good. Would really recommend a birthday party here!”

β€œNot a serial complainer, and I’ve left great reviews at Ryze previously as the kids have loved coming here since it opened years ago. However as they’re now spilt ages of 5 and 9 they are not supposed to both be in the kids jump between 10-11am. The 1st time we realised this the person on reception allowed them on together and subsequently we’ve always received the same positivity. As we live in Corstorphine it’s an hour round trip, plus we drive past another 3 centres that are closer but out of a sense of loyalty we’ve continued to be Ryze custodies over the years. Today however they were not allowed on together, and the girl on reception remained steadfast despite me trying to reason and telling her the umpteen times they had been allowed, and one child then crying on explaining and the other being visibly upset too. I understand rules, and safety reasoning but consistency and compassion are my keys of good customer service. There were others on reception who could have helped, advised, cashed a s/v or manager but no attempt was made to try and rectify an unpleasant situation. Needless to say my custom for the next 10 or so years that I’ll be paying for at least will be with somewhere else now.”

Overview

Ryze Edinburgh runs daily VIP sessions for crawling babies to age 8 in the first hour, with the under-3 Kidzone remaining open afterward. The main floor spans trampolines, dodgeball courts, a ninja obstacle course, foam pits, stuntman airbags, and a trapeze. The venue is large enough for two hours to genuinely exhaust children. Staff are consistently praised as attentive and safety-focused. Birthday party packages accommodate dietary requirements.
