“YOU GET FINED IF YOU DON'T ENTER YOUR CAR REG AT RECEPTION We got a parking fine for not entering our reg at reception, and a member of staff was amazing and got it revoked in 5 mins flat over the phone. Not impressed with the fine or the fact that they hide the parking notices - very sus - but it's a private company, not the pool staff. The centre itself is dated, yes, but it's a great public pool nonetheless. Has amazing baby change for our son and they even put pool toys and floats out for some sessions. Our little water baby loves it here and so does daddy.”

“Been here twice recently - ( yes the place needs updating but thats out of the staffs hands) but the team were brilliant both times and my young kids love the small pool - well done to all the crew- ( Men showers could do with 30 sec push button - think its 10 sec) Thanks all”

“Absolutely impossible to book anything, been in the labyrinth of the Trafford website for over 20 minutes and can’t locate how to book a simple swim session.”

“So what once was the public baths is no more . The swimming lessons today were delayed due to the centre offering free sessions to woman refugees who could not be seen in their swim wear . So the paying members had to wait in the reception area / coaches had no idea if the session had finished as wanted to obey their privacy they could not enter poolside to prepare for the lessons or even check if the session had ended .Kids stood there waiting for their lessons . No one could even enter the viewing area . Farce if your allowing the centre to offer these type of sessions to honour their religion and beliefs maybe do it when the centre is shut to the public to avoid 30 plus kids wondering what’s going on mid afternoon .”
