Fantastic first visit to watch the new Predator film tonight. Staff were welcoming and smiley which, let's face it, is rare these days! The screen we were in, screen 2, was decorated beautifully, warm, and the seats were really comfortable! Nice to have a little table to yourself, to put snacks and drinks on too. The toilets were lovely and clean, and the individual hand towels were a nice touch! All in all a great night with my husband and two teenage sons. We'll definitely be back, and have already recommended to friend's and family.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with teenagers and older children who will appreciate a quieter, more intimate cinema experience. The sofa seating and individual tables create a relaxed environment that suits groups wanting to share snacks without the standard cinema row constraints. Couples and adult friends are equally well catered for.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Book sofa seating specifically for the most comfortable experience with a shared side table
⏰Pre-order pizzas before the film for interval delivery β€” ask at the bar on arrival
🎟️Each screen holds 50-60 guests maximum, so popular films sell out quickly β€” book ahead
πŸš—Adverts run at lower volume before the film, making it easy to chat as settling in

β€œExcellent cinema. Screen was a great picture. Sound was excellent! Nice comfy chairs with a little side table and wide armrests. We had an interval in our film and we were able to order 2 x pepperoni pizzas before the film started for the interval. Very tasty and were waiting for us as soon as we exited for the interval. Very Friendly and professional staff. comfortable and plush waiting area with a comprehensive bar with snacks available. Recommended A+++++”

β€œI've been waiting 50 years for this lovely cosy cinema to come to Sale. Why wouldn't you want to experience this delightful gem, with friendly staff, clean and comfortable surroundings and a superb atmosphere all round. Every town should have one... And we have!.... Just been for my fourth visit and the place gets even better. A lovely buzz in the foyer tonight and visited the Vietnamese in Stanley square after the film...a delightful evening”

β€œWent here to see The Naked Gun. Lovely quaint little cinema. You can see a lot of money has been spent to create a very cosy atmosphere. Cinemas have couches and chairs and really do hold about 50/60 people so it’s quite an intimate setting. Very reasonably priced. Couches are very comfy for 2, little table either side and very reasonably priced drink. Quirky and well decorated furnishings. Will be back.”
