We booked for my son’s Sonic-themed 4th birthday party and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish! The communication beforehand was clear, friendly, and super helpful nothing felt like too much trouble. The equipment looked brand new, spotless, bright, and so inviting! The kids had non-stop fun from the ball pit and slides to all the climbing and soft shapes, there was something for every child to enjoy. It kept them entertained the entire party, and even parents commented on how brilliant it all looked. Watching my son’s face light up was the best feeling he said it was his “best birthday ever!”Pack-down was just as smooth, quick, and fuss-free. Such a lovely team! genuinely kind people who clearly love what they do. I highly recommend if you want a stress-free experience and a party the children will remember! We will definitely be booking again for future celebrations. Thank you for making his Sonic party so special!💙

“I had an amazing experience at Silvermere Softplay! It's the perfect place for kids to burn off some energy while having tons of fun. The play area is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a wide range of activities that cater to kids of all ages. My little one loved the climbing structures, slides, and ball pit — they had so much fun and didn’t want to leave! The staff were friendly and helpful, always on hand to ensure everything was safe and running smoothly. The café also deserves a shout-out, offering a great selection of snacks and drinks for both kids and adults. It’s definitely a place I’ll be coming back to, and I highly recommend it to anyone with young children. Silvermere Softplay is a fantastic family-friendly destination!”

“What a fantastic soft play! I went for the first time with a group for my son’s fourth birthday and we were all so impressed. The play equipment is big and varied with heaps for all ages but parents have visibility at all times, the staff are wonderful, the coffee fab, the food delicious (home made pizza!). 10/10 and thank you to the lady who was so lovely and accommodating x”
