My daughter and I recently visited Spinners in Touchwood. Unfortunately, my wife was also included in the booking but wasn’t able to attend. I spoke with Jake and Megan to see if a refund was possible. While this wasn’t an option, they went above and beyond to help make up the shortfall. They kindly gave us two complimentary drinks and even a free round of golf, despite us originally being booked for bowling only. We arrived a little early, and they seated us straight away, keeping us updated on when our slot would be ready. Jake and Megan were kind, fair, and professional throughout. The bowling was great fun and very easy for my 9-year-old to enjoy, and the golf was just as entertaining. Overall, it was a lovely experience. Thanks again to Jake, Megan, and the whole team for their efforts.

“I booked some activities over the day for 4 teenagers with food and drink all planned in. We hadn't been before but I found the details online. What a great place! Megan and Daisy looked after us the most and were absolutely lovely with all the other staff being equally helpful. I would absolutely visit again and recommend this place to others. So much to do, a great venue, delicious food, excellent service and a great atmosphere. What's not to love! Thanks guys for making our visit so enjoyable. 😊”

“Honestly had the best date night with my husband we always have enjoyed coming here but tonight was one of the best nights we have had! We did the darts and clay pigeon shooting and had a great time! Jake did an amazing job of explaining the games to us and making us feel so welcome!! Also himself and his team regularly came over to ask if we wanted drinks and the customer service from himself and his team was excellent! We can’t wait to come back!!”

“We have just had the best time at spinners. My partner, son and myself played mini golf & bowing and had the best time. Food was yummy and we were well looked after by all the staff especially Jake. Clean venue and lots to do. We will certainly be back for more fun ⛳️ 🎳 🎯 ♥️”
