“We recently hosted our event here and I just want to say a massive thank you to the whole team! Everything went incredibly well – all of our guests and the children had an amazing time. The staff were absolutely brilliant – so kind, professional, and hardworking. I received so much positive feedback from family and friends about how much they loved the venue, the soft play area, the food, the drinks, and the overall service. It truly made the day extra special. I also really appreciated how accommodating and understanding the team was, especially allowing us to add extra time at the last minute. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and wonderful. “We recently held my daughter’s party here and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The party boxes were beautifully presented, the sandwiches were lovely, and the attention to detail throughout was amazing. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and made everything run smoothly, which meant we could truly relax and enjoy the day. The Spiderman they recommended was brilliant and such a hit with the children — it really made the party extra special! “We visited Mirabella's today (1st March) for the Blippi event. We were greeted as we approached the door by a member of staff , they were very welcoming. The whole place was very clean and tidy. The service was 10/10. Ordered 2 hot chocolates and 2 bagels , all were really good/hot etc and we didnt wait long at all considering it was fairly busy. Service by the 2 staff were the best we've had at a soft play for a while , very attentive and happy to help and even gave our 3 year old his own biscoff biscuit when he wanted one. Blippi was brilliant too , our 3 year old loved it. Soft play area is a good size and also clean. Would 100% recommend this place . We'll be back again soon!”

“We had my daughter’s birthday party here yesterday and it was such a great experience! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, they helped cut the cake into slices, provided Bluetooth speakers when we forgot ours and made sure everything ran smoothly. The Bluey mascot was full of energy and kept the kids entertained the whole time. My daughter absolutely loved it! Highly recommend for anyone planning a children’s party and considering I was last minute they was so accommodating! The buffet for the kids was tasty aswell.”
