“Had my child’s 4th birthday here in October. Staff members were friendly, kind and patient. Our dedicated party host, I can’t remember his name, I think he said “Peter”, not sure, but he was the absolute best and a very kind lad. Kids had fun, most of the kids (guests) were unable to climb, so they went to the soft play instead. The pizza was nice 😊, kids loved it. They also served ice-cream for desert. Party host helped us cut the cake and wrapped them individually for guests. The environment was clean, including the party room. Was also allowed early access to the party room to do some decorations. Although the party rooms are already decorated with balloons on the roof.”

“Attended the SEN session, despite some confusion initially about whether it was running or not, reception staff were very helpful in getting us sorted. Special mention to Jack who was kind and patient with my 7 year old son and made it a really fun experience tailored to his interests. Really great first experience for my son to introduce him to climbing and good value. Child-friendly cafe menu and decent coffee. Great facility in Oldham and worth a visit.”

Nothing felt like too much trouble. She was fantastic with our daughter, kind and helpful. Everything you’d expect from a party host. “Incredible! Loved it so much. So much better than the gym. My mum video’d me, my brother and my niece smashing it. The food looked reasonable as well, didn’t get any though. We parked round the corner on the street, free parking.”
