I had an amazing time at Super Bowl Wolverhampton! The atmosphere was great, the lanes were clean and well-maintained, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. A special thank you to Ryan, who was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. He was friendly, approachable, and made sure we had everything we needed. He explained things clearly, sorted out a small issue quickly, and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our experience. His positive attitude genuinely made a difference. Fantastic customer service and a brilliant bowling experience overall – we’ll definitely be coming back

“We come almost every weekend to the softplay with the kids (obviously 🙄🤣) Its clean, bright and there's plenty for the kids to run around and do. Food is ok too. Each time we come i have the pleasure of Aishah or Nicole on shift and they are by far the most attentive, polite and helpful members of staff you have. Always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello 👋 Honestly, they make the kids, and us feel so welcome. Definitely employees of the month material!! *** this is the second time ive posted this cause it autocorrected to "most attractive " 🤣🤣🤣”

“Great place to have in the city centre and some excellent offers for families. The soft play is great and we were extremely grateful to enjoy the free soft play session held recently which my workplace were also able to benefit from hosting our stay and play session there for a change of scenery with our young parents. Perfect for parents wanting to catch up whilst the kids play. Thank you to the lovely staff Rakiya and management, lovely customer service with the kids and great bonus enjoying some free arts and crafts for the kids.”

“We had a fantastic time at the bowling alley, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Chloe T. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great outing, and Chloe’s excellent service made it even better.
