“Me and my son visited today after a movie at Vue, honestly at first I'd have to say our experience wasn't the best. It was busy and chaotic with the queue for the bowling and prize redeem seemingly excessively long, we had an issue with one of the machines not working properly that took a while to get fixed but the poor gent was very apologetic and was clearly rushing about everywhere. We did find that a lot of the prizes to be redeemed weren't available with quite a few being out of stock but one of the managers did come over and explain that they had to remove some of the items from the display and tried his best to suggest some alternatives/help me placate my son because they were out of the colour ball he wanted. Whilst it wasn't exactly the experience we were expecting I think with the level of business some standards can definitely be negotiated and the staff team were all trying their best to be as helpful and quick as possible even when being shouted at.”

“Great visit to see the family, such a great location, with a big arcade area to keep the kids entertained, along with other cool areas, pool tables, these amazingly designed escape rooms and of course bowling. Great evening out.”

“Went bowling on xmas eve. Had pre booked so no waiting around. Great atmosphere and fun all round. Lanes are all lit up and look nice. Plenty of arcade games to keep kids busy. Would visit again.”

“Arcade to play with kids and also adults. Is a big space and you can choose between a good amount of games. As arcade you know that your money will fly really quickly, but your children’s only will have this age once, so for them is okay come. The staff is not the most friendly but is okay, and also the people sometimes can be so rude and don’t respect the queque or your time, but you can’t manage how the people act. But otherwise it’s fun, just think in one budget before go, and you only will spend how much you have ready in advance.”
